Fit questions
Send (1) the product name as it appears on this site — for example a dress or sundress, (2) your usual women’s size for bust, waist, and hip, and (3) whether you want a closer or easier fit. We can point you to a similar silhouette in the current 18-piece catalog. We cannot promise a perfect fit from a message alone; the Size Guide is the starting point.
Order status
Include the order number and the email used at checkout. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scans the parcel. If a scan stalls more than three business days, reply with the tracking number.
